Vanderbilt Condominium

Befeler Group acquired a 32-unit midcentury apartment building in the South Beach section of Miami Beach. The property is located two blocks south of the famed Lincoln Road and was first operated as an apartment building. In 2006, the property was fully restored from the ground up and converted into 26 high-end condominium units, which sold out at full asking price within four weeks. We completed construction and delivered the units on time. In 2007, the Miami Design Preservation League awarded a Historic Preservation Award for the best Mimo (Mid-Modern) to the development.
