Limited service flagged hotel properties within Florida and the southeast United States in primary, secondary and upper third tier markets of 90+ keys built within the past 15 years.
DISTRESSED ACQUISITIONS
Any size or type of distressed opportunities in South Florida that necessitates a closing and funding within 30 days or less.
