Atlantis Condominium

Befeler Group acquired a 16-unit classic Art Deco apartment building in the South Beach section of Miami Beach. Eminent architect Morris Lapidus, who also designed The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach and is one of the best-known architects of the era, built the property. It is located one block north of famed Lincoln Road and one block west of the ocean. In 2004, the property was fully restored from the ground up and converted into 16 beautiful luxurious condominium units, which sold out at full asking price within three weeks. We completed construction, and units were delivered on time. In 2005, Miami Design Preservation League awarded the Historic Preservation Award for one of the finest restorations in Miami Beach to the development.
