Befeler Group, through an affiliate, acquired a 93-key IHG Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The limited-service branded hotel is situated immediately off I-95 and within walking distance of the Spring training camp of the NY Mets team. on over two acres of urban core and features hotel rooms, one- and two-bedroom suites, pool, fitness center, business center, and breakfast area.

Upon acquisition, Befeler Group immediately embarked on a comprehensive PIP remodel that resulted in an outstanding renovation of all the rooms and suites, the lobby, interior common areas, and the entire exterior of the hotel. The modernized hotel proudly attests to the dedication and focused effort of the Befeler Group to deliver a revamped and smoothly operating hospitality experience.

The hotel is located off the east ramp off I-95 Expressway at Port St. Lucie West and in proximity of many demand generators including the Spring Training Camp of the New York Mets, the Port St. Lucie Towne Center, and PGA Village.
